Highly recommended
I had a specific requirement for two farm gates. Which were detailed and noted on drawings sent for confirmation. The gates were built and dealiverd ahead of time. Very good quality and price with a long guaruntee which I know will be honoured from a previous purchase.

Team i spoke with were knowledgeable and very helpful.
The delivery was well notified and the drivers were all helpful in leaving the fencing where i need it.
I have, over the years, finally fenced the entirety of my acre plot. So this was my 4th or 5th order over 4 or 5 years..the fencing remains really beautiful.

Quality fencing.
Lovely fence panels and posts specially made for me as they are no longer available Honoured the guarantee and replaced one for free with posts.
Sadly I waited six weeks as expected for specially made panels but on going to collect I was told I needed to pay ahead of the order which they didn’t mention previously. I then had to wait a further six weeks with a large gap in the fencing for them to be made. If I had known I would have paid in advance. We have purchased several panels and posts previously from Jackson’s but have never been asked to pay in advance. The fence looks very good.

For made-to-order and bespoke products, we do require full payment in advance. This is standard practice, as each item is handcrafted to your specific requirements, and production time must be carefully scheduled. This process ensures that time, materials, and workshop capacity are allocated to your order. As these bespoke items are tailored and not part of our regular stock, they can’t easily be resold if the order is cancelled or changed, which is why payment up front is necessary.
We hope this explains our processes and conveys why you may have had to wait slightly longer for your order.
