Pleasantly surprised
I wanted to be disappointed by the fencing I bought. Now that probably sounds ridiculous but I bought Jacksons fence panels at my parents’ insistence. I thought they were overpriced vs what I could get at Wickes.
Turns out they’re right. A couple of months on it’s obvious how much higher quality these panels are (if the additional weight of them wasn’t enough of a give away.
Also the delivery process was great, the gentleman who delivered our panels was a delight.
So, a little bit expensive? Yep.
A better product with fantastic customer service? Absolutely.

Regarding delivery, items like sleepers are heavy and bulky, which unfortunately means they can’t be transported cheaply or easily. We do our best to keep delivery charges as fair as possible while ensuring safe and secure transport.

Small Project Big Service
From the start of our small project we have had excellent service from Jacksons, particularly Megan Wood who has been very helpful and cheerful over the phone. The delivery driver was also pleasant to deal with.
