Fence calculator needs work
Quality of the fencing is really good, just had an issue with the fence calculator where it basically builds a fence for you. Issue been that you select 2 end posts and one inline post but when it adds all to your basket it adds 3 inline posts and the corner posts are actually infill strips. But the images on the confirmation picture them as corner posts so wrongly I removed the extra 2 inline posts. I can see where I went wrong but I can also see others having this issue so may be something Jackson’s need to look at as now with delivery etc I have too pay nearly another £100 for a couple of fence posts.

Stay clear not a good company they take NO responsibility
I drove miles to go to the site in Cheshire so I could get exactly what I wanted
Over sold on bags of cement I only need half of what Wendy said so 7 bags left
They didn’t send what I asked for also the round too bits came with no squares to fit to
They delivered the panels & said they forgot the gate said we will deliver it when we’re next in your area ha!!
Week later they delivered the gate that was warped

Firstly, we sincerely apologise for the initial failure to deliver your gate as part of your order. This was a mistake on our part, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We also regret that you were left dissatisfied with the delivery timeline for the gate.
With regard to the post fixing mix, we dispatched the quantity specified in our delivery instructions to ensure a successful installation. However, if you have unused bags still in the same condition they were delivered in, we are happy to arrange a return.
We have checked our records and, until now, we have not been made aware of any issue regarding a warped gate. If you would like us to investigate this and provide support, please do get in touch with our sales team. We’ll do our best to resolve it for you.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Fantastic Customer Service
Fantastic customer service. Helpful, organised and responsive. I'd particularly like to thank Wendy Lawton, who went out of her way to arrange a small delivery of fence post caps for us - a tiddly, small order that any other large business might well have ignored. It means the lovely Jacksons panels we had installed last year, which were left with no post caps by the landscaping company we'd hired, will now be that little bit more protected from the elements.
