Probably a nice product if you can actually get it installed!
I wanted to do one or two small fencing jobs in my garden using Jackson components, but unable through injury to do such work myself anymore. Contacted Jacksons and got a quote etc. They offered to send an 'approved installer' for a site visit - happy to agree to that as I've had problems in the past trying to find local contractors willing to do 'small jobs'.
Never heard from the installer. Contacted Jacksons who supposedly hastened the installer. Still no contact. Contacted Jacksons yet again in mid-May, but heard no more from them. Contacted their main office in mid-June - no response.
Where the fault lies, I've no idea, but the overall experience is very poor and I could not in all honesty recommend them.

Roor quality of the fence panel.
The quality of the fence panel I bought was disappointing owing to the poor quality of the workmanship. The design of it was good but it looked like there was no supervision of it being assembled.

Quality products and helpful staff
Quality products and helpful staff are rare these days but Jacksons North West definitely fit the bill. Counter staff, office staff, even the delivery driver were all very helpful. They deal in natural products so occasional faults like splits in timber may arise. I had the means to personally return a panel which had split and they replaced it from stock.

DO NOT USE. Poor Quality of Material and Customer Care
DO NOT USE. DREADFUL CUSTOMER CARE AND COULDN'T CARE LESS.We ordered £3k worth of fencing material nd pretty disgusted at the quality of the finish. I am now having to clean all the timber in the current hot conditions. The timber delivered looks old and faded and not as shown on the website.Very poor reaction to date by Jackson so far. Will be pursuing thus.

The images shown on our website include examples that have had time to naturally mellow outdoors. We cannot guarantee the colour of timber that any customer receives.
