Delivery is kerbside only. No communication whatsoever about this when I ordered. Was getting messed around by first installer so cancelled the work. The panels remain on my driveway and they were very expensive. Not impressed at all with the customer service.

Our drivers will make every effort to deliver the goods as close as possible to the desired destination on your property, using a demountable forklift truck. If that is not possible due to road surface or other conditions, our drivers are instructed to unload the goods beside or close to, the delivery vehicle on firm ground. We make our delivery information easily accessible on our website and in the ordering documentation. Our team is always happy to answer any delivery-related queries before or after purchase.
We weren’t aware of the difficulties you’ve experienced with your installer, but we’re more than happy to look into this further for you. If you need any advice or assistance with handling or storing the panels in the meantime, our team is here to help.

Raised bed in sleepers
Reassuring heavy, tight grained sleepers delivered to door and a pleasure to build with. These sleepers aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for, looking at rotten ones that I built from 9 years ago, from a not too distant building firm. waste of money and time. Go to Jackson’s.

Timber is a natural material, and as such, some variation and minor imperfections are to be expected – it's part of what gives it character. That said, we have strict quality control processes in place, and all our products are manufactured to meet or exceed British Standards.
We take concerns like yours seriously. If any boards are split beyond acceptable tolerance, we will always replace them free of charge.
