We're sorry to hear you were disappointed when placing a follow-up order. To clarify, we do not offer discounts based on previous purchases, and delivery charges apply to all orders regardless of size or order history.
In some cases, smaller products can be shipped more cost-effectively using a carrier service, which may reduce delivery costs. However, larger or heavier items require the same logistics and handling as any standard shipment, which is why the charges remain consistent.
We work hard to keep our delivery charges as low as possible to offer fair pricing for all customers. Unfortunately, this means we’re unable to waive delivery fees, as doing so would result in a loss.
We aim to treat all customers fairly and professionally, and we're sorry if your experience felt otherwise. Your feedback will be shared with the team and reviewed internally.

Superb quality and service
I’m a retired joiner and bought a garden gate as l was very impressed by the quality of Jackson’s products, both the woodwork and the substantial hinges. Ordering by phone was required as mine was classified as a special. This was handled precisely and professionally. The gate was delivered FoC to the Bath depot so l could pick it up and avoid extra charges. I was also impressed by the old fashioned way that payment was taken on collection. The gate itself was easy to hang due to the oh so easy adjustment on the hinges. If only everything in life was so straightforward!
